Assists with daily operations of Brookshires Wildlife Museum and annex by greeting customers and visitors. Assists with inquiries and supporting museum staff with various tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets museum visitors and maintains visitor logbook. Provides guests a brief overview of the museum, the Brookshire family, and Brookshire Grocery Company. Answers phone calls, confirms reservations for museum tours and annex events, and coordinates school group tours. Maintains upkeep and appearance of the museum and annex including basic housekeeping. Assists customers and visitors; helps to monitor childrens activities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal form.
