The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting the company's sales efforts by serving as a vital link between internal departments and external customers. This exempt, salaried position is responsible for managing all aspects of customer ordersfrom order initiation through to final invoicingwhile delivering exceptional service and proactive communication throughout the process.
