Direct Supervision: Oversee Perfusions, ECMO Director, CT APPs, and CVT Clinic Manager, ensuring effective team operations and continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Program Leadership: Lead ECMO and VAD program growth in collaboration with ECMO and VAD Coordinators, focusing on quality outcomes and integration with care teams. Referral and Outreach Development: Build relationships with referral sources, supporting leadership goals for growth in collaboration with the Physician Outreach (PPRO) team. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Strengthen relationships with Cardiology and other departments to enhance care pathways and coordinate with UTHET physician leadership to optimize clinic schedules and patient access. 5-Year Strategic Plan: Develop and manage a strategic plan with quarterly updates for executive leadership.
