Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH | A Beautiful Working World

LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing company that is looking for a Plant Controller to join their team in Jacksonville, TX. In this role you will be working onsite but be responsible for all aspects of accounting/finance for three facilities. Working in partnership with Operations, you will report on financial data and tack performance against targets. This is a direct hire position that pays between $120K - $130K + 10% bonus. Responsibilities

• Month end close activities, preparation of budgets and forecasting
• Identify and execute process improvements that contribute to cost saving opportunities
• Perform cost and inventory (including physical inventories) accounting initiatives
• Fixed assets, report on plant performance and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Solid foundation in cost estimation, financial evaluations and pricing strategies
• SAP preferred, but strong ERP experience a must
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
