CGRA Director, Sales and Client Services

Description:

Develops and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel and buyers of EHS consulting services.

  1. Meet direct sales objectives by working with clients and prospects on analyzing needs, gathering data, and developing/proposing solutions.
  2. Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track and measure key sales metrics and implement target industry, service, and account strategies.
  3. Coordinate activities to enhance presence, commitment, and capabilities in local, regional, national, and international marketplaces.

Account Management / Expansion / Strategic Growth

  1. Meet assigned targets for profitable account retention and expansion revenue while exceeding key objectives for named accounts.
  2. Create and sustain positive client relationships and customer care to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account/client needs continuously.
  4. Execute project management activities to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and timelines, including planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, communication, change management, accounting, deliverables, and invoicing.

Key Metrics

  1. Sales: New business, retention, and expansion in the direct market.
  2. Revenue: Year-over-year growth of existing accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in science or engineering.
  2. Strong client-facing and marketing orientation with ability to interact effectively with EHS buyers at all levels.
  3. Minimum of five years in the EHS field; consulting experience preferred.
  4. Experience in sales, particularly in an EHS consulting environment.
  5. Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong presentation, research, and analytical skills.
  7. Accuracy, efficiency, quality, and good judgment.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The base salary range for the role is $92,500 to $143,500, depending on skills and other factors. The role may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package. The pay range may be adjusted based on geographic location.
