Overview
Hospitality Health ER is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to join their team. The Corporate Event Planner will be an expert in:

Responsibilities for the Corporate Event Planner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Source and manage vendors, venues, and service providers (e.g., catering, AV, transportation).
Develop detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans.
Handle all logistical components including registration, travel coordination, accommodations, materials, and post-event follow-up.
Ensure events are executed within budget and meet quality standards.
Track key performance metrics and compile post-event reports to assess success and areas of improvement.
Adhering to Company values and exhibiting sensitivity to Company ethics and compliance principles in daily activities.
Training all staff related to the preparation and execution of all marketing and/or events – this is not a task that may be delegated to any other staff.
Utilizing all resources in the most efficient way, including but not limited to time/scheduling, supply/gift ordering, and staff involvement.
Requirements and Qualifications for the Corporate Event Planner
Corporate Event Planner accepts the position and responsibilities as primary job and does not engage in any activity, business, or employment, either during or after working hours, that would conflict with HHER's interests or diminish the ability of the Corporate Event Planner to render to the company the full, loyal, and undivided service which is contemplated in his or her employment by HHER; prior to accepting additional employment, paid monetarily or in exchange of services, must have prior approval by the Chief of Business Development.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate event planning or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with event planning software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
Critical thinking skills: ability to work autonomously and make efficient use of time and resources.
Integrity and responsibility; will have access to company credit card and petty cash.
Current driver's license with no restrictions.
The Corporate Event Planner will reside in East Texas and may be required to travel from time to time to additional HHER regions
