Senior Product Manager - 100% Remote

The Telehealth Senior Product Manager partners with clinical and operational leaders to plan, design, and implement new telehealth products and services for regional and/or enterprise-wide use. This role leads all phases of the product development cycle—from idea through business case and value proposition, design, implementation, launch, and post-launch evaluation. Senior Product Managers typically handle larger, more complex products with significant scope and strategic value to the organization. They engage all organizational functions involved with product development, leading cross-functional teams that include local/regional stakeholders, subject matter experts, enterprise telehealth colleagues, and system shared services members.

The Senior Product Manager combines business and technical savvy, partnering effectively with leaders and caregivers across regions and at the system level. They excel at balancing time, scope, and resources to turn vision into reality. They learn quickly and adapt to new clinical areas, organizational cultures, and changes in healthcare and regulatory landscapes.

This role involves gathering stakeholder input to articulate the ROI and Quadruple Aim value (cost, quality, patient, and caregiver experience) of telehealth services, and partnering with subject matter experts to design and implement these services successfully. The Senior Product Manager employs effective product development and change management methodologies, processes, and tools to lead innovative efforts.

Strong leadership skills and subject matter expertise in healthcare and product development are essential. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will mentor less experienced team members as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Training in product development, change management, and operational improvement methodologies
• 8 years of experience in product management, project management, program management, product marketing, or product development
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience
• 1 year of telehealth experience
• Presentation and facilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Experience supervising or managing people

Salary Range by Location:

NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): Min $64.67, Max $104.11

Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): Min $57.64, Max $92.79
