Texas Security General Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines P&C Broker/Underwriter to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.

Further, in February 2007, TSGA expanded into the commercial lines business providing competitive markets for commercial property, liability, and inland marine products. Today, TSGA offers a wide array of Commercial contract & brokerage markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Build agent and broker relationships.
2. Manage current book of business.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets.
5. Effectively manage carrier relationships.
6. Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker.
7. Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained.
8. Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Hull & Company and Brown & Brown.
9. Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures.
10. Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills.
11. Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality.
12. Other duties as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1. 3 – 5 years' experience in Commercial E&S Multi-Line Insurance.
2. Sales and production-driven mentality.
3. Experience working in a paperless environment preferred.
4. Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
6. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
