Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving requests for ambulance service within established time requirements
• Working knowledge of all communications/computer equipment
• Communicating effectively with citizens, medical professionals, public officials, and political leaders
• Processing calls for service per medical protocols within established Q.I. standards

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with:

• Knowledge of MPDS EMD protocols
• The ability to apply EMD protocols over the telephone
