Prestige Estates Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, with a great working environment, is seeking detail-oriented Housekeeper who desires an environment where residents come first and where our employees are valued as our greatest strength. Will train someone with the right heart to provide quality cleaning and service with a smile! Must be self-motivated and someone who takes pride in their work. Position requires creating an exceptional quality of life for our residents each day in their luxury home environment. Must be patient, dependable and flexible.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to respond productively and to handle additional tasks/projects as assigned.
• Must have the ability to detect odors and see spots and spills.
• Must be able to move housekeeping cart with cleaning equipment.
• Must have empathy and compassion
• Must have a work ethic with a sense of urgency and integrity
• Must pay close attention to detail, must have astute observation skills
• Must have time management and organizational skills

• Performance - Must be able to provide top quality work and clean in detail.
• Responsible for satisfactory and timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule.
• Report equipment/cleaning product needs and or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks: vacuum, mop, spot clean and deodorize floors in all areas including entry ways, corridors; Clean and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, tubs, floors, and toilets.
• Deep clean areas as directed by supervisor including, but not limited to cleaning rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies, washing walls, ceilings, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adhere to all safety precautions.
• Responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient room furniture, as well as sitting room and dining room furniture.
• Remove and dispose of trash and assist laundry staff as needed, and perform all other related duties as assigned.
